Obnoxious order taker tonight. Hi doodly doodly? You have time to say all the practically yelling but you dont have time to let... me order??? After every item he asked anything else. Like chill bro let me finish. I knew exactly what I wanted with outpausing. It took you more time for to interrupt me saying anything else than it did for me to order my 4 items. Paige had Wonderful customer in helping us with a mobile order mishap. She was prompt and helped us get it fixed even though it... was for the other location. The other location was not helpful because that is where we placed the order and they said they hadno record it was prolly the other location. They made us drive across town twice just to come back? Now this is fast food! Ever seen that movie with the fast blue hedgehog with the same name "Sonic"? Their speed reminded me of... how fast that little hedgehog was. I was passing through this town and decided to stop here for a quick snack and it took a mere35 seconds from the instant I ordered to when I left with my 3 hot dogs and was back on my way. I first arrived at sonic at 5:45. I had ordered through the app before hand and pressed the red button so I could check in. I... told the worker I had a mobile order and I would also like to place another order. Ten minutes go by, and a car hop brings outmy second order. When she asked if there is anything else I need, I told her that there is also supposed to be a mobile orderand she said she would go and make sure that it gets sent out. Another twenty minutes go by and still no food so I press the redbutton again. This time, the worker on the intercom was very unprofessional and rude after I told her the problem. My food getsbrought out, soon after talking to the 3rd worker. All my food was cold and my drinks weren?t even 3/4 of the way full. I didn?tleave sonic until 6:25. ridiculous. Read more
