Pulled up to stall 4 @ 15:00 hit the button ordered 2 minutes later proceeded to wait for 20 minutes they came to give me somone... else's food so I hit the button again asked where my food was. Stated I have been waiting for 20 minutes. The response we arereally busy I am 1 of 3 people in here we will get you your food. So I wait some more. Finally hit the button for the last timeasked where my order was they didnt have an order for the stall I have been sitting in for 45 minutes so I left. Read more
Went to get the new pickle fries and raw pickle fries came out to me when I went to get more all they said was ok we we will be... out with new ones. Someone came and got the old ones and threw them in the trash near the door. When the new ones came out youcould 100% tell that the original ones were raw. they didn?t care at all. Read more
Typical sonic, except the service was incredibly fast. I mean, seriously. Our food was out in less than 5-8 minutes. Blew me... away, because normally Sonic takes forever. Whoever the manager is, they need a raise! Read more
The meat on the hamburgers were cold .. the cheese wasn't even melted on our burgers and the chili was barely warm same goes for... the tater tots....plus our order took less than 3 minutes to be delivered to our car, that's because they pre-cook the patties... I would rather wait 10 minutes or longer any day of the week and have hot fresh food than COLD food!! So it was awful ???? Read more
I went here here to get a burger. I love sonic burgers. Today, I had the worst ever. When did sonic change them. I ordered a #1... combo, the burger with mustard. I got a burger with mustard, ketchup and mayo. Yuck! I hate mayo and don't care for ketchup onmy burger, french fries yes not my burger. Do I now have to specify mustard no ketchup no mayo? Read more
