Great food but one girl that was there when I came through the drive-thru was rude and kinda rushing and forgot to give me all... of my food. They were also out of chili that night. Management please make sure you do your ordering correctly so that you don'trun out of stuff before the next truck. Read more
I've never been to this Wendy's before, and I don't usually eat fast food, but I hadn't eaten all day and it was the lesser of... all the evils. I had to visit the ladies room first and it was clean with the exception of the trash being full. There wasnobody in line when I ordered, the cashier was friendly and knew the menu board. When I went to fill my cup, my drink of choicewas out, as was my second choice so I ended up getting something I really didn't want. My food order, however, saved the daybecause it was definitely hot and fresh. I had the best chicken nuggets ever! Read more
Don?t get me wrong, I like Wendy?s food. Though when I wanted to place an order over the phone because I didn?t want to get my... sick kids out and become even sicker. When I called Wendy?s to order, a girl answered the phone and I asked ?yes ma?am. I wouldlike to place an order.?Instead of saying yes ma?am what can I get you? She said ? oh umm.. I?m sorry we do not do call inorders.? ?I said wait what? Then what the phone for?? The girl responded with well we use the phone for um like when their is acomplaint, or a coworker being late or calling in something like that.?
