Great food but one girl that was there when I came through the drive-thru was rude and kinda rushing and forgot to give me all... of my food. They were also out of chili that night. I've never been to this Wendy's before, and I don't usually eat fast food, but I hadn't eaten all day and it was the lesser of... all the evils. I had to visit the ladies room first and it was clean with the exception of the trash being full. There wasnobody in line when I ordered, the cashier was friendly and knew the menu board. When I went to fill my cup, my drink of choicewas out, as was my second choice so I ended up getting something I really didn't want. My food order, however, saved the daybecause it was definitely hot and fresh. I had the best chicken nuggets ever! Read more
Don?t get me wrong, I like Wendy?s food. Though when I wanted to place an order over the phone because I didn?t want to get my... sick kids out and become even sicker. When I called Wendy?s to order, a girl answered the phone and I asked ?yes ma?am. I wouldlike to place an order.?Instead of saying yes ma?am what can I get you? She said ? oh umm.. I?m sorry we do not do call inorders.? ?I said wait what? Then what the phone for?? The girl responded with well we use the phone for um like when their is acomplaint, or a coworker being late or calling in something like that.? I hadn't been here in nearly a year due to food quality and poor service but decided to give it a second chance today. Big... mistake!! Nothing has changed. Placed order at 1125, finally received order at 1145 when manager came out of office and got intostaff. My grandson and I were only ones waiting. Our burgers and fries were cold and nasty! Read more

Now the food was very good as usual. But the evening of May 4th the young woman on speaker was more interested in flirting with... the Sheriff's Deputy in front of us. No I didn't misconstrue her flirting. Friendly is one thing, this was way beyond customerservice. 5 cars behind us left one after another because of her interest in the gentleman. I politely informed her she would bereprimanded. Then when it came time to hand us our food she handed it to another worker stating please wait on them I can't. We love to eat at Wendy's but will no longer go late in the evening due to poor customer service. Read more
