I ordered my food on the app and picked it up curbside. They forgot part of my order so I went through the drive thru to get it... fixed. I was stuck in the drive thru for 45 minutes while the employee they had working outside kept having to go back to thesame cars over and over again asking what their order was. Very upsetting.. We eat here frequently because it?s on our way. Every time service is slow. Every time tables and seating are dirty. The men?s... restroom was in dire need of mopping under the urinals. Having 40 minutes before a Dr's appointment, I stopped in to #1179 for a quick lunch. I ordered my burger, sat down, and... waited, and waited. After nearly 30 minutes, my burger had not arrived and my patience was gone. Having lost 80% of my hearing,if the order was brought out, it never made it to me. I understand that there was a problem with the number markers being stolenand several were lost. The system you had was working despite having to replace the numbers. But now you've lost a customer overa $9 order that was never received. I left in time to make my Dr's appointment.
