Having 40 minutes before a Dr's appointment, I stopped in to #1179 for a quick lunch. I ordered my burger, sat down, and... waited, and waited. After nearly 30 minutes, my burger had not arrived and my patience was gone. Having lost 80% of my hearing,if the order was brought out, it never made it to me. I understand that there was a problem with the number markers being stolenand several were lost. The system you had was working despite having to replace the numbers. But now you've lost a customer overa $9 order that was never received. I left in time to make my Dr's appointment. The $9 that I lost will never be gotten back...just like your store will never get my business back. Hope you're happy, James Denn, former customer. Read more

I ordered my food on the app and picked it up curbside. They forgot part of my order so I went through the drive thru to get it... fixed. I was stuck in the drive thru for 45 minutes while the employee they had working outside kept having to go back to thesame cars over and over again asking what their order was. Very upsetting.. One of the best experiences I have ever had at Whataburger. I order three burger boxes not only were they ready when schedule,... then entire staff was helpful. Thank you so much for all the help. This will definitely be a repeat after a football game. Read more

It amazes me at how consistent this location is at screwing up my order. Not only is the wait time 30+ minutes, the food was... cold and not the correct order. I seriously think I can count on one hand the amount of times my order has been 100% correct Read more

We eat here frequently because it?s on our way. Every time service is slow. Every time tables and seating are dirty. The men?s... restroom was in dire need of mopping under the urinals. The women?s restroom was out of paper towels and toilets were filthy.The store is in desperate need of management. Food is good though. Read more

Tonight I order a Double meat with everything but when I got up to the window they had mistakenly giving my order to the person... ahead of me so they had to remake it, once I got home I notices that they also forgot the cheese it was late and I was hungry soI eat it as is (it was not enjoyable) Also last week I ordered a Triple meat and only got a Double meat but I was charged for aTriple, I would of gone back and get it fixed but both lines were full. I probably won't be going back there anymore since theycan't seem to get my orders correct, it feels like there stealing from me. Pulled up right before 11 and they did not take the order until 11:01. They refused to place a breakfast order (served until 11)... despite the fact that I?d been waiting since right before 11. I understand a cut off time, but really? Consistently long waittimes, and they do not allow sufficient time to look at the menu. There is only one menu to look at: the menu right across fromwhere you order. Read more

Whataburger always seems to mess something up especially with the gravy. They don't even serve gravy. They serve water instead... of gravy. And it's a brown color from country gravy. Soo disappointing and they removed they're phone number from their websiteand Google so your not able to contact them to complain. It's forcing u to go online and submit complaints so they can havenumbers going up on ppl using their sites. Complete scam Read more
