Although I enjoy coming to Wingstop, this experience was enough for me to write a review. After waiting half an hour for my... food, you can only imagine how excited I was to dig in (especially since I had been fasting the whole day). After driving allthe way across town and back home(it?s a ways away), I realized Wingstop had completely messed up my order. Since this wasn?tthe first time this has happened, I didn?t make it a big deal knowing wingstop has always generously replaced my order free ofcharge; considering it?s an error on THEIR side. But when I called wingstop, a man named Colton not only sounded like he reallydidn?t want to help, but made it seem like I was the one at fault. Therefore, I ended up eating a completely wrong order thatcost me over $30. Like I said, this has never happened before, and honestly, it ruined my night. Because in times past, my nameand order were simply written down, and I could stop by and collect the correct order whenever I could. I don?t know what was happening but I?m writing this more annoyed than I would calmly but I had to wait over thirty minutes for... an order that was placed ahead of time when it wasn?t even busy. As well as the staff didn?t bother to offer assistance. Read more

Hadn't had wing stop in years and stopped by in here with a old friend and man I to was Soo good even better than I... remembered!!!! We got boneless and bone in and I was blown away with how absolutely delicious everything was!! Very clean place. Neat soda fountain, friendly and polite staff. There was even a really rude guy that came in cuz u know there's always gonnabe a "Karen" out there trying to give someone hell for no reason.... they handled his ugliness very well and veryprofessionally.. we will be back for sure this place is a new favorite BBin my book . Sooo delicious!!! And I love that theTV's are muted u can still watch and enjoy the show from any seat you choose!! Nice clean rest rooms too!! Really I'm glad westopped in!! I had never eaten here, but I won't pass it by again! The French fries were so delicious, and my son loved the lemon boneless... wings. I had parmesan wings and cajun wings and both were amazing!! Little on the pricey side, but worth it. Read more
Really disappointed in the quality of our food. The Lemon Pepper wings had at least 1 1/2 Tablespoons of fryer grease at the... bottom of the container. (bottom right in the picture.) We ordered the fries well-done and they were totally limp when we gothome. My wife's boneless wings were a little better but not much. Going forward, I think we'll pass. Read more
