The food was good... a solid 3.5 out of 5. I came in on a Saturday night by myself. I was a bit annoyed they sat me in the... corner next to the window furthest away from anyone near the bathrooms. The place wasnt very busy... it was cold sitting next tothe window. I asked the waiter for a recommendation and he literally started reading down the menue and then said everything isgood there...cmon that's lame and that says you never eat the food there. The margarita was cheap and sugary tasting like it wasmade from a bottle of premix. All that isn't a big deal but worth mentioning. My problem was the waiter never once came byduring my meal and asked if I needed anything or how my meal was. He wasn't busy as he was standing at the counter /registerlaughing with the other employees for minutes on end. I didn't tip him very much for those reasons. Read more

There are lots of Mexican restaurants to choose from in Sterling. Fiesta is one of the best. The dining room is a bit run down,... but the food doesn't disappoint. It's always served fast and piping hot. The menu is extensive...so many options. If they wouldupgrade the restaurant's interior, I would give it 5 stars. Maybe one day. Read more
My children and I recently visited this restaurant. At first the service was really slow, didn't even receive a greeting, as... they were preparing tables for larger parties ahead of us, but we were eventually shown to our booth. Table was wobbly but ourwaitress was good. She took our drink orders, brought out chips, bean dip and salsa. To make a Long Story Short, FOOD WASEXCELLENT! My children are VERY picky about TexMex food, even back in Texas, but LOVED the food here. So did I, in fact, we'regoing back this afternoon. My husband and I have been eating at Fiesta since we stopped patronizing another Mexican restaurant establishment in Sterling. I... have to say that their Mexican food is some of the best we have ever eaten, anywhere. Their carne asada is the best! The meat isvery flavorful and you get a generous portion. One order is enough for both of us. The servers Alicia and Gina are great. Theyare friendly, professional and very attentive. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for good Mexican foodwith excellent service. Read more
