Jimmy John's is my favorite sub shop. This location in Sterling, CO is usually good, but on the days it misses, it's terrible.... I'm guessing the whole covid fiasco has made it hard to get good help so maybe it's on those days when it's all newbs that thesandwich comes out slopped together, but 85% of the time it's nearly perfect. It's never fast though. It's not like it takes 10minutes, but compared to other locations, it's very slow, but at least the people are usually friendly. Read more
Their sandwiches are ok, the breads kinda thin on the subs unless you get the whole grain sliced bread.

I placed an online order for pickup and ended up waiting 40 minutes in the store and 50 minutes after the order was placed to... receive our order. The one gentleman behind the counter dismissed me when I asked about our order 30 minutes after the order wasplaced. We only received our food after asking again and it took 3 employees to figure out where our order was. Not one employeeapologized for the wait. I had a really big catering order. I placed it on Thursday, picked it up on Friday. Everything was excellent: freshly prepared,... packaged perfectly, with all the sides and condiments. I took all the food to the event and everyone loved it! It was a hugehit! I will do this again. Read more
