Drive-thru was busy so I went inside. I ordered a #7 but I was charged for 2 cheeseburgers. Which is ok but the sandwiches were... cold and the buns were slightly burned. They smelled and tasted like burnt bread. Read more

If I can do a negative I would! Where do I start! 20 to 30 minutes every time for food. Order is always incorrect and they get... attitude when you say where is this where is that. THEY MANAGER ignores your 7 year old kid who is waiting for their happy mealdrink. Horrible trash workers. Save your time and money. HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND. Hire employees thay care. I haven't had any issues with my orders lately, lately but when going through the drive through in the evenings it takes forever... and a day to get through there, I mean ridiculously long time and it's been like that for years! I tend to go to dairy queen inthe evenings because I can get through a lot faster! Read more

Used to be an employee here, I unfortunately had to quote cuz a manager refused me medical attention during my shift which is... illegal for any work place to do this. Tried to get my check early because my 4 month has run out of diapers and baby formulaand supposedly they aren?t able to get me my check early so I can feed and change my son. The older lady that is the manager there in the mornings is very rude. Think her name is Teresa. Watched her tell a door dasher... that she did want her parking in the lot after laughing and joking with another door dasher. It's a sad day when the youngermanagers are more professional. Had an issue with an online order (no fault of the employees, the grills went down after I had already placed and paid for an... order) - submitted a request for refund through the app and manager (Tanisha?) called me and made everything right. Greatcustomer service and and professionally handled. Overall positive experience. Also, my kids love the play place. Read more

This is the first time taking my daughter that is 2 to McDonald?s. We went for the indoor play area and breakfast. Sadly it was... not open till 11:00. We ordered 2 sausage egg McMuffin. Coffee and orange juice. When we got the sandwiches we had to put themtogether ourselves very sloppy cheese was on wrapper. Also everything was very dirty. I know in facilities like this it?s hardto keep kids fingerprints at bay. But we had to search for a table that didn?t have crumbs and sticky chairs and tables. And thefloor was quite sticky and quite a few puddles of soda in random areas. I absolutely hate to complain but this was by far themost unsanitary place we?ve ever went to. Few of the staff were very nice and the other half really didn?t look like they evenwanted to be there. Read more
