It took almost 10 minutes to just order. They wouldn't listen to what was being said and had to get another person who also... wouldn't listen! Trying to order a simple sonic burger was impossible! They had a sonic BACON burger and then ended up removingthe bacon. Completely exhausting. After the moldy bread at another location I really thought I would try again but I'mdefinitely done with sonic! Disappointed I couldn't get a glass of ice either. My experience at this location was subpar. While the food and drinks were acceptable, the condition of the facility was lacking... quality. Usually when you visit any Sonic location, you can expect a few of their menu order boards to be out of order, howeverat this establishment, a majority were. This day that I visited, they were not busy, only a few cars total from the drivethrough and menu board drive-ins, yet it still took them a good while to get our food to us. The menu board I pulled up to wasmalfunctioning, and while the restaurant answered the first time and took my order, the second time I pushed the button, therewas no answer, and I wasn't assisted until the server delivered the food to my vehicle. The server that did deliver, seemed asthough she would rather much be somewhere else, and I felt as though it was a bother to ask her about the mechanical issue. Istill will be returning, because the food was still good, but hope for friendlier service in the future. Read more

Horrible experience. Ordered 40.00 worth of food. We understood they were short staffed but waited over an hour for food and... never did get it because we left and just decided to be out the money. After 14 hours in the car on a road trip our kids werestarving. The bathrooms were also super disgusting and completely out of soap and if that?s what the employees use we couldn?tstomach our food. At 8pm, bathrooms unavailable "because we already cleaned it once today". Stalls were unavailable "because my manager says they... don't want to deal with it". With that type of lack of operations the manager on duty shouldn't have to "deal with it" everagain. I do understand about completing pre-close cleaning. I also understand about being short staffed. As I've told mymanagers over the past 18 years in fast food... If you don't want to do your job, there's always other places that will behappy to serve your customers. We ordered online and our food order was great with the exception of them being out of the cheese for pretzel and not telling... us. We had to go ask for it. The drinks were another issue. We ordered iced tea and when it came with no ice (I do understand itis brewed but there should be ice in it). Tea was about room temperature with no ice. We asked for a couple cups of ice and thenice young man explained his manager doesn?t give cups of ice. We tried to explain it is ice for our tea and he said he couldonly do ice water so we asked for 2 cups of ice water and got 1 cup of water with maybe a spoonful of ice. One of our orders wasn?t acknowledged for a while, the servers were alright. It seems like that had a rough day. The food was... good for a sonic, and it was pretty clean. I tried to go here and order some foods and Icecream. I waited and waited at the kiosk to order but no one asked to take my... order. I even pulled my car forward and backwards trying to get their attention. I tried speaking and calling out but no oneanswered. Two vehicles in front of me and one behind me.
