I love Subway. But I hate their app. I tried it at 2different times. Once long ago, an today. Everything about the app is great,... until it says how to pay. I clicked pay with cash or debit card. It took me too a pay page an it only offered card, gift card, or PayPal. No cash when picking up. An if you didn't put in your card number, it won't let you put the order in. It also hasthe scan option but won't let you do that either to scan the code. So u deleted the app an just went in again. Read more
Subway use to be my favorite but yesterday that ended the lady pulled my sandwich out of the oven and dropped it on the counter... some of the chicken fell out onto the counter she didn't remake me a new one she just scooped up what fell out and proceeded tomake my sandwich she asked me what cheese was on I said provolone cheese thinking she would remake the sandwich she didn't evenapologize.... Later that day I felt ill and today I'm not feeling good either this happened November 1 2022 I probably won't goback and I used to be a regular customer....
