I took my grandchildren for lunch today, we arrived at 11:18 to total chaos. There were other diners who came in 30 minutes... after us who were served. I went to the counter on 3 occasions, asking about our food, the drive through customers were servedcontinuously. Finally at 12:05, nearly an hour later, I went to the counter and asked for a refund, as it was being processed,our order was finally slammed on the counter in front of me. We waited at the window for at least 10 minutes waiting for our food. When the food finally came it was cold, ice cold, and the... order was wrong. The tots were over salted, burnt and cold. The nacho cheese was cold, not even warm. The taco meat felt like ithad just come out of the refrigerator, not warm at all. By far the worst taco John's I have ever been to. Read more

If there was a such thing as a negative 1star, this would be it. I walked in this location at 7:00pm and waited almost 10... minutes before someone came to the front counter. There were at least 5 employees working at at least 4 saw me standing there.Finally an employee comes up and he asks me "do you need something?" Really?? I don't complain often, but I said it would benice to be recognized in the restaurant. He then says "it is what it is". I said no thanks and I will never set foot in anotherTaco John's ever again.
