I took my grandchildren for lunch today, we arrived at 11:18 to total chaos. There were other diners who came in 30 minutes... after us who were served. I went to the counter on 3 occasions, asking about our food, the drive through customers were servedcontinuously. Finally at 12:05, nearly an hour later, I went to the counter and asked for a refund, as it was being processed,our order was finally slammed on the counter in front of me. I will never again enter this establishment. Poor service,discourteous employees, no leadership of any sort. Read more
We waited at the window for at least 10 minutes waiting for our food. When the food finally came it was cold, ice cold, and the... order was wrong. The tots were over salted, burnt and cold. The nacho cheese was cold, not even warm. The taco meat felt like ithad just come out of the refrigerator, not warm at all. By far the worst taco John's I have ever been to. Read more

Rude employees, not in any hurry to serve anyone. The store was out of small tortillas- in a restaurant that serves almost... everything on tortillas. Waited 25+ minutes for a simple order only to get it in the car and find it completely inedible.Burrito was Mayo, meat, and potatoes. Potato oles were soggy, dripping grease, and covered in salt. Soft tacos were cold, soggy,limp, and coated in orange grease. We threw the entire bag into the trash. Save your money and eat absolutely anything else. Gasstation sushi would be better than this Taco Johns. Read more
While waiting in drive thru, one of the employees flicked and threw his cigarette while walking into the back of the restaurant.... The cigarette (littering) was still lit and smoking outside the back of the restaurant. As he walked into the restaurant, heblew smoke upwards and most of it went into the restaurant door. I decided not to take and pay for meal. I honestly was givingthis place a "second chance" after receiving sub par order a few weeks back. But, I really need to be done with this. My food was cold my burrito wasn?t even wrapped like a burrito it?s like they started to but then got lazy so they just wrapped... it balled it up and threw it in the bag. There?s no meat in my meat and potato burrito. And the cold brew tastes like coughsyrup. Considering the price of things now n days you?d think they?d take more pride in their job. Read more
If there was a such thing as a negative 1star, this would be it. I walked in this location at 7:00pm and waited almost 10... minutes before someone came to the front counter. There were at least 5 employees working at at least 4 saw me standing there.Finally an employee comes up and he asks me "do you need something?" Really?? I don't complain often, but I said it would benice to be recognized in the restaurant. He then says "it is what it is". I said no thanks and I will never set foot in anotherTaco John's ever again. Luckily they closed every store near me. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else to eat. Read more
