Have a variety of pasta with salad bar during day, and salad bar in evening, which I prefer, and is always fresh, and filling. ... Many drink varieties as well as seasonal drinks, and drink specials on certain days. Workers are always friendly and keepingbusy. Every year we go to the Amboy Depot Days I get excited for the spaghetti pizza at Angelo's! How can you go wrong with a huge... pizza covered in spaghetti and meatballs?? We take it one step further and get extra cheese on it for an oh so gooey pizza pie!And the service is always good to match! Keep in mind we make an almost 2 hour drive for this pizza! We ordered a ham and extra cheese pizza. On mondays they have 1.99 margaritas. 1/2 off appetizers were available when we arrived... at 8:30 pm. We had the sampler and the fried mushrooms and fried pickles were very good! The decor is pretty neat and the grandclock and stained glass when you walk in is stunning. Read more
Screw you Alan and Scott for giving this one star. A one star restaurant is like going to a place you believe to be a local... burger joint then getting swept up in a sushi restaurant where they do cocaine off of the belly's of non-proverbial women. A onestar restaurant is like going to you neighbor to borrow a screwdriver then that neighbor drilling a third inch hole in the sideof your head. A one star restaurant is like going to the bathroom and finding the fecal matter of previous users smeared acrossthe bathroom so you can't tell if you're in a transformers movie of really, really good Mongolian place. These people have neverbeen to a one star restaurant. I enjoy myself darn near every time I go here. The pizza? ??. The Italian burgers? ??. Theservice? ??. This place has the same cultural affluence as a hot dog joint in Chicago or an In-N-Out in California. To rate thatone star, well rub me sideways baby you really don't know your number. Read more
