Service was terrible. Pizza takes the longest to cook and they made the pizza last. So the rest of our food sat out getting cold... as the pizza cooked. Then when the pizza was done no apology or anything was said. Come on Angelo?s do better. Read more
The woman on the phone was a bit rude, never mind ordered a x-large Angelo special?nothing special about it. They hide canned... mushrooms and the pizza was uncooked, it?s thin crust so I?m not sure how they managed to deliver it uncooked. I ordered ?hot?wings, they were all fat and barely fries or hot. I ordered garlic bread and stated no cheese, they still put cheese. It wasterrible, honestly the worst pizza ever. The only nice thing I have to say is the delivery guy was nice. Read more
Great food! About the Italian sandwich, that white paper really sticks to the food and end up eating the paper, more like... wasting food there. Need a better non stick material, so that it won't stick at all. Read more
Ordered for Delivery and they only brought half of the order. Then when spoken to on the phone female stated well I guess it is... still here. This followed with us having to go and get our 2nd half of the order. Once at the store she stated she could refundthe dollar delivery fee. This is poor business. Unsure if we order for delivery again. Read more
We went this restaurant with the idea of enjoying a nice juicy Italian Beef. Was very disappointing. They served us Italian beef... with pasta sauce. Disgusting look and tasted horrible. I threw it away. No recommendations from us. I give it one star becauseis no anything lower. So sorry I wasted my money at this place. They didn't even offer us a refund.???? Read more
We ordered a spaghetti pizza for supper tonight. It's usually my favorite pizza from Angelo's, but tonight when we started... eating it, my mom noticed what appeared to be blood in the corner of the inside of the pizza box. My stomach instantly rejectedit and I stopped eating. I felt so sick! My husband called and they told him that no one got hurt there and it's probably justthe ink off of the box. My thoughts are that the meat wasn't cooked all the way, someone got hurt there and didn't report it, or it was the ink leaking through the box. We can get sick from any of the 3 options though! It's an expensive pizza to wasteand throw away, so what should we do with it? I'm afraid to eat it! Read more
Terrible product now days! The quality of the food for the price you pay is awful! I ordered a BLT pizza and the first thing we... noticed was the lid was smashed, opened the box and all the mayo and tomatoes were stuck to the lid, then noticed the lettucewas SO wilted and slimey we couldn't even eat it due to complete disgust! We also ordered Italian cheeseburgers with everythingon them and sauce on the side... unwrapped the sandwich to find a mess, the toppings were laying in the wrapper and the cup ofsauce has gotten smaller. Really Angelo's... with the money you make, you have to continue to raise your prices but yet thequantity and quality of your product continues to decline? My suggestion is you be selective with your employees and employeepeople that enjoy the customer service/food business and take some pride in their work. It is a shame how much your product hasdeclined over the years and in the future we will no longer be customers of Angelo's Delivery!!! Read more
Ordered a pizza and a Italian beef. The pizza was fine but I got a hamburger instead of the beef. Called and said I got a... hamburger instead of beef, and was asked " so what do you want," Was told if someone else ordered something in my area they willbring it to me. Well of course I never got it. Over 40 years of eating Angelo's I have never been treated like this. They havealways made things right. Not this time. Read more
