Food was wonderful. Service was great. Many T.V.'s to watch the games on. Waitress was extremely helpful with recommendations.
This particular buffalo wild wings isn't too bad. More often than not I have a good experience, but there have definitely been a... fair share of mishaps here ranging from orders being incorrect to poor service. With that being said, however, the fried picklesare always fantastic. Honestly that's mainly why we come here. The everything pretzel knots are also a favorite of mine. On thisvisit we ate them too fast to get a photo, but I also decided to go with something new for an entree: cheese curd bacon burger.It was okay, the burger itself was bland, but those cheese curds are absolutely packed with flavor that make it all okay in theend! It's almost like a Lowry's seasoning, so if that's your cup of tea you're going to enjoy it. Dom was our server for thisvisit. He seemed relatively new but he was super nice and he did a good job making sure we had everything we need after beingplaced in the back corner. I'd definitely recommend coming here for the specials that are offered on a daily basis, the BOGOboneless/traditional wings are a decent deal. Otherwise the prices have risen pretty significantly and there are better optionsfor the best bang for your buck. Read more
Came in for boneless Thursday ,of course, and I ordered ten wings. So then it doubles and I’m supposed to get 20. I was 4... wings short. Then the first wing I bite into is straight grissle. First I’m shorted wings and then one is just grissle. Thiswas a very unpleasant experience :( Read more
Had a one hour lunch. Took 47 minutes to get food after watching others be sat and get food who'd arrived after us. When food... did arrive, it was cold and just not worth it. Have been to this location several times but this visit was horrible. Read more
Yesterday was our first time ever at this location, and it will probably be our last. First of all, when the hostess went to... seat us she brought us to a table that I could see was dirty. Although it looked somewhat wet, like someone surface wiped itthere was food and sauce still all over it. There was some sort of red sauce all over the bench seat as well. When I told her itwas dirty, she picked up the menus and just kind of stood there confused at what to do. I had to say, we will wait while youclean it. Mind you, it was not a busy time. It was approx 2:30 in the afternoon and there were only maybe 5 tables but about 15+employees standing around. When our food came out, 2 out of the 3 meals had cold fries. When the waitress came back I asked fornew hot ones. When she brought them, she said...well it's probably because the order of chicken tenders took longer to cook sothat's why it's fries were hot. Meaning that the other two meals just sat there getting cold while the third meal cooked?????All in all, not a great experience. I would not recommend this location. Read more
Was your typical BWW. Service was fantastic. Staff went the extra mile to make sure everything was good. Food was meh. Brisket... sandwich was dry. Nashville chicken was good. Not many fried on each of our trays. Good in Sterling for fast food. Read more
