This is the worst McDonald's! They have extremely slow service. They will pull you for a drink but leave you sitting at the... window for 5 minutes or more waiting for your food. I was pulled for drinks last week and after waiting for ten minutes, I wentinside and was informed that they had forgotten about me. I would recommend any other McDonald's over this location. Quick share of my experience with the Sterling McDonalds. They messed up an order on me today which is no big deal, especially... since it was for 18 items. (I actually placed a similar order the day before that had no issue. As a matter of fact the womanwho came out yesterday was so sweet and nice and) I had placed order through the app and parked in one of the designated pickupspots. I waited about 12 minutes which is understandable based upon the size of the order. They missed 4 Sausage McMuffin withEgg. I called and the manager was absolutely great and about it. (I believe they recognized they missed it before I evencalled). I drove back to pick up the food and was really just hoping for an apology... a quick little "sorry you had to comeback"... What I got was "here you go sir" from the lady that may have failed to bring out the whole order of the first time. Read more

Place seems to always be busy. Not enough parking. Have to walk through traffic to get inside. Doesn't matter if you go inside,... drive thru, order online, there is always a wait. Really don't have any "fast food healthy" options anymore. Read more

Weather is getting hot this summer and their ice cream machine is broken! This is quite common across this company; from my... experience. Second time coming to this McDonald's and there was maybe my car and about two other cars there. Came up to the speaker and the... lady taking my order was super quiet and had no passion in her voice whatsoever. She sounded extremely unhappy and snarky.Didn't even welcome me or ask me if I wanted to use my mobile app or tell me my total but totaled out my order without asking meand saying she can't enter my rewards code in as she already totaled out my order. (You can if you hit "modify order") I got myfood and my cheeseburger was good but I also got a McChicken. The McChicken was a very dark brown and tasted spicy but didn'tlook like a McChicken or a Hot and Spicy McChicken. It looked more like a Crispy Chicken but as a McChicken. The brown partcould be from employees not filtering vats regularly or skimming them. The "mayonnaise" I got with it also tasted funny and thewhole sandwich just didn't taste right.
