No toppings and staff said it was my fault! I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich and a black forest ham sandwich. The... chicken sandwich was ordered with all of the toppings and the ham with select toppings. The ham sandwich came as ordered, butthe chicken one came naked with no toppings and no sauce. I called for help with my issue assuming there had been a mistake ora misunderstanding, but they insisted that it was my fault for not adding the toppings to my order via the touch screen systemthey have in the drive through. I added the toppings to each sandwich in the exact same way. I simply can't understand how theycould feasibly argue that I could get it wrong for all of the available toppings on one sandwich, but using the same methodsomehow get it correct for only a few selections on the other. I can not recommend this location to anyone and I will not bevisiting this location until I know they have different staff and they can demonstrate that they have effectively addressed thisissue.
