Ordered through the drive through, and just because they don?t make the sandwich in front of you, they don?t care, I got a foot... long cold cut combo with black olives and banana peppers, mayo and chipotle southwest, I had a total of 3 banana peppers, 5olives, no mayo and southwest sauce only on the ends of the sandwich, like why do they think that?s ok, I wish I could postpictures of it to show how pathetic it looks, oh and my topping were on the bottom of my sandwich, who does that, hire some newhelp and train them right Read more

No toppings and staff said it was my fault! I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich and a black forest ham sandwich. The... chicken sandwich was ordered with all of the toppings and the ham with select toppings. The ham sandwich came as ordered, butthe chicken one came naked with no toppings and no sauce. I called for help with my issue assuming there had been a mistake ora misunderstanding, but they insisted that it was my fault for not adding the toppings to my order via the touch screen systemthey have in the drive through. I added the toppings to each sandwich in the exact same way. I simply can't understand how theycould feasibly argue that I could get it wrong for all of the available toppings on one sandwich, but using the same methodsomehow get it correct for only a few selections on the other. I can not recommend this location to anyone and I will not bevisiting this location until I know they have different staff and they can demonstrate that they have effectively addressed thisissue. I ordered a foot long sandwich paid for extra bacon and avocado got the sandwich none of that was on the sandwich. I get that... people make mistakes what I am not ok with is being told all the can do is give me coupons for my trouble. Excuse me I paidextra money for certain things it wasn?t just toppings that there is no charge for if I?m gonna spend $20 on a sandwich I wouldthink you would want to make this right. I was told they can not nor will they give me a credit back to my card for the missingtoppings that I was charged for. This is horrible customer service. Subway is a great place to build your own sandwich. You have choices of different types of bread and meat, then whatever else... you choose to put on it. Service is pretty quick and there is also the drive through. Read more
The food was fine, I've ordered here several times in the drive thru and gotten like 3 pickle chips on my sandwich when I order... MORE pickles. Why ask these option if they are going to be ignored ? Went through the drive thru, I ordered a tuna with less mustard and the sandwich was horribly assembled;mustard spilling out,... vegetables thrown on/falling out. I keep coming back because this is the closest one to my job that has soup but this is notworth it at this point. The Subway in Rock Falls is much better service and much better at being able to assemble a simplesandwich. Read more
