Great food! Went on the recommendation of friends, who were kind enough to give us a gift certificate. Seated ourselves at a... high top table and were immediately greeted by a waitress with menus and asked if we were ready to order drinks. Husband had abottled beer and I had the lemon drop martini. These arrived very quickly. Our waitress gave us a few minutes to look over themenu. I had the black and bleu burger with fries and husband had the mushroom and Swiss burger with fries. Other options forsides included onion rings, sweet potato fries (add?l. $1) and waffle fries, among other things. Food arrived quickly and wasvery tasty. My one problem was a spot I the burger that wasn?t quite as well done as the rest, but not enough to make me send itback. Definitely will return. Fast wait staff, great food, tasty drinks, nice decor! ETA: Second visit post-pandemic, and TheFactory hasn?t lost a thing. Food is still excellent, staff is friendly, fast, and accurate. Take-out tonight, I recommend thehomemade chips as a side for takeout as they hold up well on a drive. Read more

Went here for take out lunch. Great service. Pulled up and our food was immediately brought to our vehicle. Loved the burger... menu! If you want a good burger, this is a great place. Cheese curds were also very tasty. Read more
