Food was great. Wait staff was terrible. If I go out for a nice meal,I don't expect to have teenagers in their pj's. No one... checked on our table. Waited for us to be done, and very quickly cleared our plates,so they could get another one. Disappointed. Read more
Fast, friendly service, good food, right price. We had the soup/salad bar & 3 beef tostadas. Salad bar was pretty and fresh.... Tostadas were bountiful and tasty! We were road-tripping from Des Moines to Chicago and the Wagon Wheel never disappoints. Read more

Very friendly wait staff. The country fried steak was house made, not from a box. They also make their own breaded pork... tenderloins. Others really enjoyed their prime rib. Lots of seating. Very clean. Read more
We come here every time we are in Sterling! Sometimes making excuses to go tbh as it?s an hour away from us. But the food is so... good! It?s all homemade and worth the drive! Other reviews about service must?ve forgotten we are in a post Covid world and ILwas one of the most impacted states in regards to restaurants. Not to mention everyone is short staffed because no one wants towork anymore. Gotta remember that when you complain about wait times etc! Read more
