This Wendy's needs a new manager or something! Was told today we could only get one coke because they were out. They were out of... lettuce. They were out of peppermint frostys. Window guy forgot the drinks we were supposed to get, and no straws weregiven. Either fix the problem or shut this one down. This is ridiculous! Read more
Real good value for your money. It takes a little longer to get your food, but it comes to you fresh made and hot. I find myself... eating more at Wendy's than I used to. Read more
They forgot my chicken sandwich, and I couldn't go back to get one because my receipt didn't get put in the bag. The fries were... cold and shriveled up like they were old. The drink machine had no drinks in it but strawberry soda. The $5 "biggie" bag is ajoke. None of the items in it is worth a dollar a piece. Never will I eat there again! Read more
It?s been 6 mo+ since I was last at this location. The meal then was so terrible I couldn?t eat it & vowed not to return. This is the 2nd time we've been to Wendy's in the past 2 weeks. The first time we went, it took about 20 minutes to get our... food. And when we checked, it wasn't made correctly. They used the wrong chicken patty. We took it back in and they remade thesandwich. BUT once again, it had the wrong chicken patty. So the manager finally came and told them to pay attention and do itcorrectly. So they did. We went again yesterday and it took 10 minutes sitting at the drive thru speaker before we got to placean order. Then we ordered, the girl was very rude. We then waited another 10 minutes before someone came to the window. We paid,it took about 10 more minutes before we got our drinks. But we saw 3 employees just standing there. After they got us our drinksthey asked us to pull forward. So we sat there. For TWENTY FIVE MINUTES before I went inside. They were all just standing theresince there was no one in line before us. So I ask how much longer it's going to take for the food and they say "Oh, yeah. Hereit is" Sitting there. Ready to go. But no one thought to bring it out. We were there for almost an hour to get chicken nuggetsand a chicken sandwich. Get it together Wendy's. This used to be our favorite place for nuggets. But we definitely won't begoing back now. It took the drive thru 10 minutes to take my order after telling me to hold on. The girl then had me repeat my order 3 times to... her as if she didnt hear me. Got to the window and the boy was hanging out the window like her didnt want to be there. Got myorder wrong and then when I gave him exact cash, he almost shot changed me like he couldn't count. And the people still endedup getting my order wrong and didnt give me all my food. It took them 30 minutes to get window and another 15 minutes to get myfood. Read more
I gave one star because it wouldn't let me give zero.. I have never been so disappointed on a chicken nugget in my life. You... would have thought they would at least cooked them all first, one frozen, one cold on one side, one cooked,one soggy... Guess Ishouldn't complain. I got to try one of all ....We don't even need to talk about my dry bun on my disgusting burger and my icecold fries.. The place had no drinks unless you wanted vitamin water and you had to share your lunch with the flies.. and wait30 minutes for cold food..don't really do fast food anymore but if I do I can insure that I will never step foot or drive my carto this place. Girl in drive on 12/01 has no people skills! When someone asks you to speak up you should do so...Give napkins out w your... entrees that have mozzarella sauce! Thank goodness I keep supply in car...plus a "thank you" should be given when handingcustomers order...maybe even a smile!! Read more
