Called to order $50+ worth of food. I had a question to ask but before I could I got hung up on. Called back to say I got hung... up on to be immediately hung up on again and AGAIN. Finally a different person picked up which I told the story to and cancelledmy order. Not worth any of my dollars for that kind of rudeness to their customers for no reason whatsoever. The food was not good. The restaurant gave off unwelcoming vibes. The girl at the front counter was the most unpleasant person... I've encountered in years. She seemed utterly miserable and had no problem making it known. Can say with great certainty that Iwon't ever be back. Read more
Due to a comedy of errors I was in Sterling with my very hungry niece and nephew, waiting for their dad to come pick them up.... There weren't a lot of food options, so we walked to the pizza place and I asked for the fastest thing they could make. That wasa pizza. That pizza was in the oven before I had even finished checking out and was out of the oven and in a box and in my handsfaster than the time estimate I was given. The woman at the register even came outside to tell me it was done. It smelled great!Was the pizza good? I don't know. I didn't eat it. My niece and nephew liked it and their stressed out dad was grateful. Thepeople who were working in this pizza shop were really kind to me. Five stars for the customer service I got. The fridge repair man left at 4:00pm todays weather a high of 95 degrees. The steak smelt bad, under cooked dough. I threw away... my entire order. I?m not sure the point of my post, because I aim to be known as ?one of the good customers ? UPDATE: After 3arguments with my mother about it she decided address it. Had taken the complementary meal. I ordered the steak and cheese and felt it was very quality meat along with a well made sub. Others in my group got the italiano... and meat lovers pizza and liked both of them a lot. The atmosphere isn?t amazing but the food makes up for it. Read more
I live in town we tried this place when they started in sterling and it was great! Few months went by and the quality change... each time we order. The staff is so rude it?s just awful. Hopefully they move out of town they are not worth it. Village pizzagot my business now. Read more
I ordered a steak tip works sub from Sterling C&M on Friday at around 10:45 and asked for a 12:00 PM delivery. I get a call... around 11:20 asking if 12:20 drop off would be ok. I declined, my lunch is 12-12:30. I asked to cancel the order and to refundthe money into my account. Here it is, the following Monday. Still no refund. I reached out, and the kid who answered the phonetold me the owner would reach out to me. Just heard back from the owner, and he's rectifying the situation, and seems like asolid guy. Ordered a plain steak and cheese and an order of mozz sticks. The sub was great for what I asked for. If I got extra cheese and... veggies(again, I didn't order them so it's not their fault) my sandwich prob would have been amazing as long as the veggies werecooked soft. Mozz sticks were great. Didn't taste like they came out of old fry oil and were still crispy in thecontainer. The gentleman at the counter was friendly and I will update the review when I try their pizza. Read more
