Had dinner here with my boyfriend last night for the first time and it was a great experience! It was our first time trying... Burmese food and we were both very pleased. Recommend trying the crispy fish and the Mongolian beef as those were the highlightsof our meal. The chef is heartwarming and you can taste the love in her meals. Will be returning in the near future! Read more

we were the only ones in the restaurant short staffed, its better to avoid this place as the service is lacking big time. they... have raised their prices, so you are essentially paying more money and getting below average food and no service. fried ricewas too salty by no means is this authentic the owner looked too overwhelmed for the money we spent it was quite disappointing Read more

Ordered take out for family, which included mountain noodles, tofu and mustard greens, fermented tea salad and a couple of... starters. Really shocked this place gets so many good reviews, it's really sub-standard and hardly authentic. I requestedseveral times to not put any spice in the mountain noodle dish because of my three year old toddler, but they did anyway.... Theentire bill came to 70 dollars, but they couldn't give me a breakdown of the bill. I added it up the entire order based on thewebsite's menu and it came to less than 50 dollars, so not sure why they're jacking me. Be aware, this place is soooodisappointing and not worth the trip. While obviously recovering from Covid Restaraunt blues, the food is amazing, and not just a little, polite awesome, but honest... to goodness pure delight in every bite. Complex flavors that gently layer throughout the meal. From our choices this wasepitomized in their tea leaf salad. Oh my oh my! Just try it! Read more

A hidden gem in the heart of sterling, I have been coming here since 2015. The food is incredible. Chef Jona is as special as... they come. Cooks with love, and her food shows it. My recommendations... Burmese Iced Tea is a must Try the yellow split peafritters to start And for the main course, I would go with either The Rangoon Night Market Noodles, Golden Mountain Noodles, orone of the several curries. For desert, Farlooda hands down. Best thing ever. Read more

We enjoyed a very nice vegetarian meal. The fried Burmese tofu as an appetizer and salad were lovely. And the waiter was very... kind and allowed us to adapt the fish soup to the traditional Mohinga, which was delicious. I was less impressed with the noodledishes - the flavors were just so so and the noodles were plain spaghetti. The eggplant curry was very good. No chance to trydessert unfortunately. Read more

A really wonderful hidden gem. Burmese is something you don't all that often, but if you're a fan of Thai you may be more... familiar with the fishes than you think; I would describe it as similar but more rich and usually less spicy, but still madewith great spices. I've been eating here for about 10 years now and am consistently pleased with everything here. The food isvegetarian friendly, the staff is very polite and the decor is comfortable as well. A truly great restaurant that is worth atry. Read more
