They don't have any ice cream... what? No signs outside or no one was helping us when we got in.
I imagine the ice cream tastes good, as it?s a nationwide chain, but the customer service and lack of choices had me out the... door instead of ordering. They didn?t have any of the seasonal flavors, nor did they have cookies and cream or cookie dough. Iwanted to order a cake for this weekend and the girl who was helping us seemed disinterested at best. When I asked if they wereout of the two flavors, I was met with an, ?I think so.? And when I asked if they would have them by the weekend for a cakeorder (which online ordering said I could do), I was met with another ?think? response. I finally asked if there was anyone whowould know for sure and the other person she got was equally unhelpful. Save yourself the trip and go to the Baskin Robbins onReston Parkway. None of the sundaes listed on the menu are on the menu in the store. The staff doesn't know the ice cream flavors. Cleanliness... and food safety are clearly an issue as well. Read more
We've gone by twice before posted closing and they've packed up. The first time was only fifteen minutes so I was okay giving... them a pass but the second time was a full hour. Worst customer service. You will never find a variety of ice cream flavors. For some reason they're always out in the middle of... the day! Seems as if employees are train to provide an attitude rather then a decent customer service. Save your time and findsome place else. Read more
I was craving some ice cream, And I went to this place to get a banana split. I have visited this place many times, and this... time I had the worst customer service. I asked for a banana split; they said; they didn't have the containers for it; so I askedthem to make it in a regular cup. I have asked for this before and they made it for me. But this time the person told me theyweren't allow to do that; i was paying full price. Read more
They have very limited flavors and offer no samples for those limited flavors. They have a dunkin inside and there?s hardly 1 or... 2 people as staff to serve BR customers. Read more
Wanted to get 2 flavors put in one drink they said no , offered to pay full price for them said they could not do that. Poor... customer service skills. On top of that the place was dirty. Definitely recommend not going here go someplace else!!! Read more
