I just had the most amazing experience at Cava. The staff was incredibly courteous. I have dietary restrictions and they were... more than accommodating. They were knowledgeable about everything. I can't have gluten, soy, nuts, dairy, and sesame. Both theman and women (sorry I didn't get names) knew exactly what I could and could not eat. I now feel so confident knowing that I ameating safe when I eat at Cava. Food was delicious too. Thank You so very much. You all made my year. I am excited to come backwith my family any time. Usually, I get the same thing during my lunch, but the portion of my plate was almost half of the plate. $15 lunch couldn't be... full of the plate? Not acceptable. Updates: In Nov 2022. Same portion again. I included advertisement pic and reality. It muststop. Read more

I usually frequent this location with no issues. Yesterday, 10/26, I stopped by on the way home since it was close by to where I... was at the time. I never just chomp into the meat, I like to cut it up in the bowl and inspect it first. Last night, themeatballs were clearly undercooked and mushy, so I decided to discard the bowl due to contamination. At this point it was about8:30 pm (bought the bowl around 7:15). I couldn?t exactly go back to the store because it?s a school night and I don?t liveclose to the location. I figured I?d just go back the following day and show them pictures and proof of my purchase the previousday. The ?manager? barely even listened to me, nor was she interested in seeing the pictures of the raw/undercooked meatballs.She just put four meatballs in a cup and proceeded with to hand it to me. I reiterated that I did not eat the bowl and requesteda refund or it be remade. She refused and told me to contact corporate. I spent close to $15 on this meal, and stop by weekly,sometimes twice a week before my journey home. I will not patronize this particular CAVA going forward. Read more

Tried this location and it did not disappoint. I went in on a Monday around 11:30 AM and it was not too crowded. Everything... tasted fresh and the service was good. I had my usual selection and I was a happy customer. Read more

I don't usually post reviews, but steer clear of this cava if you're thinking of going here. I couldn't believe the portions we... had received tonight, we had HALF sized bowls after being charged EXTRA portions for both bowls. They're typically FULL at anyother location we've been to. I honestly deserve to be refunded the "extra" amount and so do all the people you charged extra aswell! Straight up. It should not be $27 for the equivalent amount of ONE bowl. We also don't need a rude attitude when we try &ask them to simply fix it. Sorry, but you guys really need to step it up! Or just shut down if you can't seem to figure it out.???? Read more

There was no customer service. Ordering felt like I was inconveniencing the lady making my bowl. She up charged me for asking to... add a little bit more protein because she barely added any. I said I didn't want a double portion and was charged as such. Onebowl was $20.. Asked for the order "To-Go" and she gave me no bag either... The food is great, service needs work. Read more

Went to cava for the first time and was very patiently walked through the menu by Michael who was super nice and friendly.... Positive attitude. Food tasted fresh and well seasoned, great selection of drinks. Store was clean and in good repair. Read more
