ABOVE & BEYOND!!! If I could give 10 stars I would. I called 3 stores within the vicinity I needed to have this huge order... delivered and this location out of the 3 took my order. Door dash wasn?t working and neither was Uber eats. I spoke with DANICAand she was beyond helpful!!!! She took my order over the phone, messaged me the receipt and had my order delivered in a timelymanner!!!! I just went to this Chick-fil-A and have frequented often but this is the last time I will be going to this location. I spoke... with the manager Jamie regarding a free Brownie sign that was posted in the drive-through. they mentioned several times thatthe sign had expired and that if I wanted the brownie I would have to pay. I felt however that since the sign was still up thatit?s the least they could do would give me a free brownie. Anyway, after going back-and-forth with her I explain that this isnot the Customer Service I?m used to experiencing at Chick-fil-A and she slammed the window shut. You would think for aChick-fil-A manager they would be better trained to handle situations like this. I?ve been coming to Chick-fil-A for a very longtime and this is the worst experience I?ve ever had hands down. I posted the picture of the sign that was still up and as I wasleaving they took it down. This is the absolute worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. They have 2 drive thru lanes, if you get there earlier enough, you... actually place your order at the speaker instead of a person. They have a speaker for each lane. The person taking orders at myspeaker could not take the most simple order in an orderly fashion. The lane next to mine let 3 cars go through before eventaking my order. All I wanted was a chicken sandwich, large fry, and a large water with light ice. I had to repeat my order 3times, allowing 2 more people, who had gotten there after me (5 people who had arrived to the store after me in total) toproceed before me. I get to the window, and my order isn't even correct. So I have to repeat my order for a 4th time. After Ileave the drive thru, I see an employee, in work attire, hocking loogies in the parking lot.
