This chipotle is awful. I love chipotle but stay away from this one!!! We gave this chipotle a try a few times and each time... they got something wrong, were insanely slow (as in not helping the customers that were there?..just filling online orders andignoring customers), or were incredibly rude. This last time, we ordered delivery, and the order was all wrong. We ended updriving there to get the items that were left off, and the manager was so incredibly rude. He told us we should just come in andorder instead of using their delivery. Are you kidding me??? Blamed it on ?the new girl? and really didn?t care about correctingit. Cleanliness is something that this place needs to learn about. Some of their staff members don?t even clean the bowl before... packing it. My order had sour cream all over it. My bowl came with a ?nice? hidden gift. As I was chewing, I felt a weird texture in my mouth. I removed the piece from my mouth... and it turned out to be a 2x2 piece of plastic. Felt pretty grossed out and could not continue eating. I placed it on thealuminum cover and took a picture. Pretty sure this is a health code violation. Read more
