The manager is the problem here, not the staff. She is very demeaning and cleaver in how she treats customers. I usually ask for... a frozen frap with Carmel and/or chocolate. Last time she said they don't do frozen Fraps. It was a frozen coffee. The reasonthey do this is a frap comes with shots and coffee does not. This particular frozen coffee is made with syrup..that new to me.Today they added on the chocolate and shot to the frozen coffee. Instead of usual $5 and some change, it was $8 and some change.I was told that all Duncan's are different in how they made coffee. Done with this store. No hot chocolate, no plain bagel, forgot my Boston cream donut. Cold chai tea, messed up coffee, couldn't handle a $100 cash.... Couldn't understand, learn English, could barely hear them. Horrible !!! Read more
The female manager is a headache to deal with. If you come in with your reward ready to scan, be prepared for her to say they... cannot honor it. It?s as if she does not want members to use their rewards. None of the staff no how to simply scan a QR codeand say they have to ask their manager who then comes up with this excuse every time. She is ruining the reward experience -please find someone new. Read more
This is ridiculous!!!! Waited for almost 25 minutes just to get a freaking Iced Caramel latte at the drive through. That is just... insane, if your in a hurry this is not the place to come get your dunking I would rather go somewhere else to get my drink. Thislocation is so bad and I don?t understand why. One of the most dirty and unhygienic Dunkin I have ever seen. If you go inside the store at least you 15 mins you have wait to... place your order because every on busy with drive thru. They gave my order to somebody else & when I asked for my order theywere giving me somebody?s else?s order and insisting that it?s the same. Person who took my order kept wiping his nose and wanteven wearing the the gloves. You can imagine how filthy that would be. Read more
Hello so by reading the other reviews i think this location has 1 employee problem. I did not catch her name but i think its the... same girl. She does not know how to greet a customer.
