Honestly, This store deserves a 2nd look. New management, store looks cleaner, they decorate the store upon which holiday it... lands on perfect theme to take a picture in. Seen that they are short staffed but honestly they work very hard and have amazingpersonalities. The manager would always make us laugh and I think that's what we all need in the mornings is to leave the storewith a good laugh and smile on our way to work. All I can say is they are changing the game here and they really are tryingtheir best. If you?re looking for donuts, don?t come here! Got to this location at 9 o?clock in the morning, and they are literally... completely sold out of all donuts. When I asked if they were going to make more, the employee said that they order their donutsand don?t make them on site, so there will be no more donuts for the rest of the day. I love dunkin coffee and donuts but this location is ridiculous. There is usually few people working, so service is slow. But I... can deal with slow service when it is accurate . Too often my drink is very wrong; this includes things like order tea and getcoffee. Or I will preorder on the app and they will be out of half of the things I ordered. The app allows them to stop peoplefrom ordering out of stock items. More importantly, you get there and they say they are out. There is rarely any effort tocompensate, refund or make the missing items right. I have ordered donuts and get there and no donuts there and just saying wellcome back another day.
