Honestly, This store deserves a 2nd look. New management, store looks cleaner, they decorate the store upon which holiday it... lands on perfect theme to take a picture in. Seen that they are short staffed but honestly they work very hard and have amazingpersonalities. The manager would always make us laugh and I think that's what we all need in the mornings is to leave the storewith a good laugh and smile on our way to work. All I can say is they are changing the game here and they really are tryingtheir best. Most expensive dunkin in va. You heard right! This places charges extra for every single item!!! Dont get scammed. A small... coffee starts from 5 dollars here. And their food is HORRIBLE!! If you?re looking for donuts, don?t come here! Got to this location at 9 o?clock in the morning, and they are literally... completely sold out of all donuts. When I asked if they were going to make more, the employee said that they order their donutsand don?t make them on site, so there will be no more donuts for the rest of the day. I love dunkin coffee and donuts but this location is ridiculous. There is usually few people working, so service is slow. But I... can deal with slow service when it is accurate . Too often my drink is very wrong; this includes things like order tea and getcoffee. Or I will preorder on the app and they will be out of half of the things I ordered. The app allows them to stop peoplefrom ordering out of stock items. More importantly, you get there and they say they are out. There is rarely any effort tocompensate, refund or make the missing items right. I have ordered donuts and get there and no donuts there and just saying wellcome back another day. Or they will be out of breakfast meat and make sandwich without any (instead of asking for a substitute). Read more
Absolutely terrible for this location only have 1 person working. You can see the lady is overwhelmed with online orders and... walk in orders. The wait for a simple order of cold brew and 2 donuts took over 45 minutes to get in and get out. We were allconsistently told to hold on we got it but still this is supposed to be a quick transaction not a 45 minute process. Might wantto skip coming to this location Read more
Ordered 3 coffees and a sandwich through Doordash. They put all of my coffees in one bag, no dividers, and the sandwich on top... of them. Coffee everywhere, sandwich soaked. Dunkin' Donuts located in Oakbrook is your typical donut shop in Herndon, but in a smaller scale. Located on the corner property... in Oakgrove. Not an ideal location when you consider the Wawa across the street with had pumps. However, the Dunkin' Donutscoffee, breakfast made to order and donuts keeps a small contingency of customers happy. No waiting on line here to get yourorder. I ordered the sourdough breakfast sandwich and a jelly donut, which surprisingly didn't take long to receive afterplacing the order. The store was staffed with only the people at the time, but it was quick. Ideally, it attitude been nice ifthe staff was slightly friendly instead of indifferent. I went to the sterling location (off route 7) today 12/8 to buy 1 dozen donuts and the lady at the window was rude and... unprofessional. The box the donuts came in was broke. I?m never going back to this location again. Read more
