There has been a couple times that I've tried to get food before 830pm but it's already closed. Last time I got there around... 825pm and the door was already locked, the sign on the door said they closed at 900pm. There was lady that was cleaning she sawme that I knocked and then I pointed out the hours but she just laughed. In addition they never pick up the phone duringevening hours. Doesn?t answer phone. Hangs up when can?t handle work load. Unable to manage with Uber eats. Prices on Uber eats $3-5 higher per... item. sure this doesn?t apply to them but beware. Read more

I don't know if FireHouse Subs has changed the way they make subs but they are completely different to how I remember them they... were barely toasted meat was not warm and much less than what I remember, there's so much bread do its crazy, very disappointed. Read more

Very bad customer services When I entered the store the guy was watching the tv with dirty clothes I was standing in the front... more than 5 minutes , He came and asked me what I want to order His language is very poor and disrespectful I asked him I wantto talk to supervisor because I don?t want him to prepare my sandwich he say he the manager and he say many bad words I say ifyou are the manger good bye I been in this store more than 7 years I never had bad experience Most of the workers looks likefrom same family Very poor customer services Read more

it took me 25+ minutes to get two subs. staff was more concerned about filling online orders than my order as an in store... customer. they filled multiple online orders for people not present before filling mine. that is unacceptable. and unacceptabletimeliness in my opinion. no reason to have to wait 25 minutes for 2 subs Read more
