It's five guys, great burgers if you're in the mood for it. Warning, these things are more filling than they look, and they load... you up with really good fries, but if you're hungry it's a great place. While the food here is on par with other Five Guys, the service at this location is abysmal. On a recent order we placed at this... location, the staff forgot to pack one of the burgers and then had the gall to question my girlfriends integrity when we wentback to retrieve the replacements we called for when their own security footage would have displayed their mistake. I was craving for a hamburger, not the notable fast-food chain burgers, but something fresh. I came to the conclusion that Five... Guys would be that location. Located in the Potomac Run shopping center,I decided this welts possibly satisfy my craving. As youwalk in the place is very clean, COVID-19 ready and a healthy sized staff. I ordered my cheeseburger with the works, but Iworsted a long time for the order to be fulfilled. With that said, I watched as my food was finally being prepared as othercustomers started coming in. I noticed that the staff was stacking the orders to pass then out, I didn't think this was a goodidea because when u ordered my food there was one customer behind me. So, I had to wait. When a manner should up the orders weredistributed - but I'm sure this was just a lack of communication that the did was distributed in this fashion. In any case, thefood was good and prepared to my satisfaction and rightly so, got the spot. Now, all Five Guys in general serve great hamburgerswith fries and their a reputable fast food organization, so you'll get what you pay for. I would've given them the fullfive-star rating, but the delay in order distribution was slightly disappointing, but that didn't mean I quotient come back. Iwould and I will.
