BURNED PIZZA, AWFUL SERVICE. I recently ordered a pizza from here and it arrived burned and inedible. I called the manager and... he said I could call back any time and order a free pizza and to tell them David said it was ok. I called on a Saturday and theytold me I couldn’t get my free pizza on a weekend. Then when I said I would order other items and pay he told me he would callme back. No call. Called on a Wednesday and again mentioned the owners name and said I wanted to get my free pizza and wouldalso order something else. They hung up on me! I called back thinking it was a mistake and was hung up on again. I ripped uptheir menu and will never order from them again. Horrible customer service! Unbelievably rude. Read more
Wanted a quick lunch while waiting for my cat at the vet. Ordered the Greek salad with garlic bread for $8.99. My first red... flag: “ranch or Italian?” What? It’s a Greek salad—supposed to be oil and vinegar with feta, Greek olives, etc. Umm, no.Those are my options. I go with Italian. A kid brings it out and there’s no dressing, so have to ask again. Plastic to gotub of orange Italian. There’s also a small, single, hard, bread twisty thing, not the garlic bread the menu says comes withit. I ask, and the kid working the counter says “let me check.” He goes into the kitchen, then comes back and actuallychecks the menu to prove my claim. The first guy comes back out and says “that is garlic bread.” I dispute this because notonly doesn’t it have garlic, it doesn’t have salt. It’s basically flour and water. Completely tasteless and reheated. Ireiterate that this isn’t garlic bread. The kid is looking scared, like he knows the other guy is full of it, but the otherguy is firm, that there’s garlic in it. He then just shrugs at me and they both go back into the kitchen. $9.53 plus a $2 tip(ahead of time, sadly) for a plate of lettuce, huge green pepper slices, California canned black olives (not Greek), a shmear offeta, huge onion slices and a tasteless piece of bread. Fantastic. Food and ingredients were really really fresh and cooked with craftsmanship to perfection. First time ordering and we... got the White Pizza with Broccoli/Tomatoes and the Gnocci. I'm always on the quest for good pizza. Haven't been in this area for a while so when I saw a newer option I decided to go for... it. $32 for a sicilian with a handful of toppings, veggie on one side and meat on the other. You pay the same price for toppingsregardless if they are on half or the entire pizza. Very bready, sparsely sauced and the extra cheese barely made it normalcheese. No reason to go back. I strive to support local but it has to be good. For $32, I'll go to a Flatbread place and get 2. Read more
