Second attempt they need to do something about their staff. today walked in waited to be seated for 20 minutes no host, i think... they only had one waiter bad very bad service. The first time it took food like 50 min to come out and service was bad. Don?tbother to go eat here let this i hop go out of business. Read more

What a difference a year makes. Came back after a good experience previously and was disappointed. The food was cold the... pancakes were cold and very small and dry the butter wouldn?t even melt on pancakes, the grits were so watery it looked like asoup and had a poor taste but least they were hot. The bacon was so undercooked it was rubbery. The thing that saved them from 1star were the people, the hostess was nice and the waitress checked on food and remade bacon and pancakes and there wasimprovement but not likely to come back here for a while hoping it improves. Not a bad ihop but I wish they did something about the smell. The moment you enter this place, there?s this distinct and... unpleasant smell. I couldn?t figure out what it was but it really made the whole experience unpleasant. Also, this location hasno Wi-Fi which doesn?t help. Read more
I could not get their website to complete my order last Sunday morning when they opened so I called in and the lady was so... awesome as I tried to remember my order as I was driving there. They were busy and didn't seem to have a lot of staff in yet butI was greeted right away. The order was perfect with all the accompaniments, everything was fresh & delicious! Read more
This is our favorite IHOP. They have the freshest food, yummy drink, and best hot Coco orio cookies! We are always happy with... their customer service. Today Irvin has proved us right again. No one brought the curbside order to me. Waited 30mins and it was not busy at all. Terrible service. Good food tho
