I want to think that the lack of an executive chef caused the decrease in the gastronomic proposal. It is my third time in the... restaurant and nothing is good anymore. the first time was AMAZING. Unfortunately, from there to yesterday's experienceeverything goes downhill... the ceviche lacks flavor. the hard and overstitched anticuchos, the trio of causes is not somethingthat I would recommend anyone to order again. It was lacking in flavor, poor in seafood and too many sauces. I suggest moredetail to the kitchen. the pisco was tasty. Tonight was my first time eating at Lima de Veras and I’m here to say this Peruvian cuisine is hands down the best taste in... the DMV! We are a family that travels around to explore different restaurants and came across this recommendation. I’m 45minutes away from location and I would return in a heartbeat! We went on a Tuesday night and the service was amazing. Werecommend Lizzy, she was so warm and inviting. The food was fresh, presented beautifully, and left you wanting to return formore. DELICIOSO ???? Came here on a date for a few drinks and they were quite tasty and refreshing. We came too late to try the full... menu so we will definitely be back. Amazing Peruvian food and staff. On weekends they have a DJ and or band and singers. They also show the Peruvian futbol games... and are about to have a brunch and open patio. They continue to bring amazing flavors and sabor and are very consistent. If you haven't been, you need to go today!!!! Read more
Food was very yummy and the presentation was beautiful. Pisco sour was delicious. They have a live band a little after 9PM.... Very fun atmosphere . Omar and Karen are doing a wonderful job with the restaurant. I look forward to coming back soon. Read more

Thoroughly enjoyed every item we tried at the soft opening! We were surprised how large the serving sizes were - even the... appetizers. The food came out quick and our favorite item was the chaufa!
