Last night, I had the pleasure of tasting the best cheese pizza. It was thin and cheesy definitely coming back for more.
I order from this place often, only because it's really close to the house. The pizza itself is pretty good, honestly. 80% of... the time we order something from this location, the order comes out wrong. Last time I ordered a Caprese salad I got a bed oflettuce. When I asked about the fresh mozzarella, I was told they didn't have any. That's like getting an empty bun for ahamburger and having to ask to find out they ran out of meat. This location has gone downhill since it opened. Quality controlis zero. Don't eat here. UPDATE: I’m 100% done with this garbage location. Today they told me they didn’t care that theyhad gotten a salad order wrong 3 times and they didn’t care I was done with them. Read more
I asked for well done pizza…because these guys always undercook their pizza. and the pizza i got isn’t even cooked all the... way. The dough is still raw on the inside. Every time. Avoid this place. Read more
The absolute worst experience trying to purchase a pizza. Not only did I wait 30 minutes just to find out the counter girl never... sent my order to the cooks, but when asking for my refund, she said they no longer had money in the cash drawer because theyused it to pay a cook for his shift. She was slow to process thought and didnt know how to handle the situation. Dug in her earthen helped herself to a cookie from the display. No manager. So many things wrong with this place.. Manhattan Pizza I am very disappointed in the service I got today I ordered two gyro. One one was full with meat and the other... one barely had any meat in it. Top it off I ordered some fried zucchini as well they didn't send the ranch dressing or thetzatziki sauce for my gyros and I'm trying to see how long will it take for them to return it cuz right now my food is cold. Iwill be calling you all tomorrow morning to speak to the manager. The young lady that worked the phone did not have anyenthusiastic about answering the phone she act like she was on some kind of drug.. I'm just very upset with you all this time. Read more
I had takeout from here, a mac n cheese pizza. Overall: good food, adequate service, probably going to avoid delivery and stick... to takeout only from this location. Pros: - Pizza tasted great - Food was ready in less than 20 minutes Cons: - Fountain drinkstand was out of service, and it looked like it had been that way for a while - Online ordering system was awful. It was notclear when you were adding something to the cart, and if you hit the arrow next to an item to remove it from your cart, itactually removed the wrong item (next one down in the list). Any use of the back button cleared your cart. I gave up and calledthe store instead. - Phone audio connection seemed bad. It took me 5 or 6 tries to make the person who answered the phoneunderstand which pizza I was trying to order. I do not think I would order delivery from this place because I would want toverify the order in person before paying for it. Read more
I used to really enjoy Manhattan's Pizza but it seems they're just bleeding drivers because we tried to order an hour before... closing and we're out of luck. Now my 3-year-old who loves their Margarita Pizza is now in an absolute tailspin now hates themso we won't be ordering from there anymore. Read more
