You guys are the worst McDonald?s I?ve ever seen in the whole area, every time I tried to give them another shot always messed... up everything, I ordered a combo 7 which is 2 double cheeseburgers and you guys only placed one in my bag, management alwayslacks in customer service. Came here again October 19th 2022 12:08pm and a guy named Antoine said they don't have grilled nuggets he was very rude how he... said it will not be coming back here ever this is not representative of the McDonald's I know worldwide. Came in here to ordersome fries and one of the people behind the counter looked at me and then pointed me to some kiosk and I asked her so you're notgoing to take my order? This McDonald?s needs to have a whole new staff, are be shut down. Very rude workers and manger. They messed up my order then... got upset with me when I asked for what I ordered, then the manger said we only accept cash now. The food is always cold andevery time I go up to get my food at the next window they look at me like I?m crazy and they never know what I ordered. Thisplace literally robs you and gets away with it, and there recipe machine is always out of ink. Ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich, a double cheeseburger, and a large fry. Manager was at the number 2 window instructing the... attendant. I repeated my order. I received a deluxe chicken sandwich, a charge for 2 added cheese slices, a large fry and nodouble cheeseburger. I went thru the drive up again and ordered the double cheeseburger. The girl at the #2 window told me tospeak with the manager at the next window. I ?tried? to explain my issues with the manager ?I didn?t order cheese for thechicken sandwich and didn?t receive the double cheeseburger that I did order. He was extremely rude, telling me that I didn?treceive the double cheeseburger because I didn?t pay for it. I tried to explain to him that it was part of my order, but all hecould say is I didn?t pay for it. The charge for two cheese slices was for the chicken sandwich, and checking when I gothome saw that there there was one on the sandwich and I didn?t want cheese on the sandwich to be begin with. Since our food wasgetting cold and it was obvious I would not get anywhere with this extremely rude manager I decided to leave and come in thenext day to address this with a daytime manager.
