This McDonald's always disappoints me. There is always an issue with their Customer Service! I used the drive thru. It was 11pm... on a Saturday evening. It was not very busy. There were two employees who were talking so much they could not hear my order. Iordered two shakes.; one chocolate and one strawberry. I had to repeat the order THREE times. It would also serve thisMcDonald's to teach their employees to take a second to find out the price of items on their menu. For example, when I receivedthe shakes I asked the employee how much a shake was. She Saud "honestly, I don't know!" I said you work here you should know!She made no effort to find out!!!!! I was very annoyed when I left! McDonald's used to be the standard fir excellence in fastfood now Chick-fil-A has that title. McDonald's owners need to do test orders by going through the drive thru as well asordering from the counter! I take my business to Chuck-fil-A because they know how to serve a Customer. It's inside Walmart, very small didn't look too clean and if you want to order in the App, this place doesn't accept any of the... deals offered in the App. We left without ordering. Read more
