Overall it's a good place. Services depends on the person you have that day, no consistency in terms of service. But overall it... is not bad. Simple, unfussy Italian dining with plenty of pasta options and, of course, unlimited salad and bread sticks. Service is pretty... solid, and there's plenty of seating all around. Great experience this evening. Went out for a family birthday dinner and it's a beautiful location with outside seating... available and a nice pond in the back for walking off the food. It's a bit loud inside the restaurant but overall the servicewas great! I had the Tour de Italy sampler which in my opinion is the best thing on the menu. My wife had the Chicken Alfredowhich was also good. The Lasagna was great, the risotto and beef were super tasty. The red sauce is just right and not toooverpowered with tomatoes. The Alfredo sauce was creamy and just as good, and the pasta was al dente and cooked perfectly ????Very pleasant experience. I recommend coming here with an empty stomach, be prepared ???? Read more

Food was good, when it finally arrived. The place isn't run tight enough to visit on a busy day. 90 min wait on estimated 60... min wait. Took 30 mins to get drinks and bread after being sat. Was never offered refills on drinks, managed to track theserver down once to get a refill, and then the drink was wrong. Drinks finished after that point were never refilled (prettyexpensive price to get just one fill). Was never offered refills on the endless salad and soup. Soup arrived 20 mins after theentrees.. and it was lukewarm (after being told it was made fresh moments beforehand). Server never picked up any dirtyfinished plates as new things arrived. Just left them all in a clutter around the table. I ate my meal on top of my saladbowl. We were there for nearly 3 hours between the wait and the dinner itself. Read more

This is the second and the last time I am visiting this Olive Garden location. Usually the olive garden restaurants are well... maintained and pretty good. This location turns out to be an exception. When we entered, there was no one available to greet andget us seated. However, there were employees who were looking around but not coming forward to help . Finally , went to one ofthe lady there and she pretended as if she forgot and asked another lady to get us seated. Secondly, when you enter therestaurant, there is a very weird distinct smell that is a complete turn off. However, we went ahead and ordered food. The foodwas good but not as expected as we had at other olive garden location . The service was quick and good, but the server forgot tobring water to the table (oops! ) The Cutlery was not clean and linen napkins also not felt fresh. There were some lints onit. Did not feel like olive garden … pretty sure there are other good locations in the area . Will try another one next time. But not going to visit this location ever again. Read more
