Visit 1: Tried General Tso's chicken. Great flavors and texture. Will be back to try more dishes. Visit 2: Tried Dynamite tofu... which was great. Drunken noodles could be better flavorwise. Service was good Read more

I went to the Dulles Crossing Pei Wei location and was helped by an employee named Vanessa who was so helpful and gracious. She... was the best part of my visit besides the food. I had the Firecracker Tofu and Dan Dan Noodles. I really liked the the Dan DanNoodles but I didn?t like the sauce with it. Both dishes I asked the sauce be aside which was perfect for me. Vanessa was veryattentive and resourceful and helpful with the Dan Dan Noodle sauce. I actually preferred the Firecracker sauce with both dishesbut the crew would?ve remade the Dan Dan sauce with less cornstarch. I was ok without it though. I was also very impressed thatthe food was so fresh and soybean oil is used in frying the tofu instead of oils which I can?t eat like vegetable oil or canolaoil. Plus the change oils twice a week which is great since most fast food places don?t do it which makes my stomach I?ll. I?mlooking forward to coming back especially with Vanessa being such a wonderful host! Read more

The cook did a fabulous job. The food was fresh and well prepared. We had crab rangoon, chicken and broccoli, and Thai coconut... curry chicken. The facility was unkept, trash around, drink machine missing most options, sticky surfaces, the tea container wasmissing the lid and the green tea container's was askew and covered in something greasy looking. The whole place appeared as ifthey don't have enough employees to keep it clean and in order. Read more

Gone way down hill. I used to love Pei Wei. I was excited to go again since we were near one. Several of the items I loved ,... Vietnamese chicken salad rolls, were gone. The two items we got were so incredibly sweet they were hard to eat. I felt I wouldgo into diabetic shock if I finished the meal. Will not be returning. Read more

If I could rate this place as a 10 I would! food was amazing, and the staff was too. I had a problem with an entree of mine, I... went to look for a staff member to resolve this issue and the big gentleman up front was he so kind he had fixed the issue rightaway. if you want good food with amazing service and kind staff, then come to this place you won't regret it! I really used to like going to Pei Wei for their one of a kind Tofu. They used to have tofu in thin stripped version which was... juicy and well spiced. In past year or two the tofu dishes have changed to chunky non marinated tofu which does not give thesame taste. I tried their Thai curry tofu which had a hint of Thai curry however the tofu did not do justice. The tofu wascovered with some batter but wasn't crispy and bland taste. The pei vegetable and tofu fried rice was spot on but again the tofuchunk disappointed a bit. I wish they get back the old version of stripped long tofu in their dishes. Read more
