I came in to order a pizza one day and it took 15 minutes for me to get. And I was happy! The employee Samantha was assisting a... new employee Bryan learn the ropes at the time so she used the orders to help train him. Bryan definitely wasn?t the fastestperson you will ever meet, so Samantha went step by step with him and explained each part of the process as clearly and simplyas she could. My pizza was ready at the counter for a good 6 minutes out of the oven but when I noticed why it was taking solong I didn?t mind at all. I have faith bryan will be a fantastic one because he learned from someone I suspect is the bestassociate at this store. Bravo Samantha and good luck Bryan. Read more
Holy SHEETZ is that a nice fuel station / restaurant / public restroom / town center.
Grant's really the only redeeming part of this location. They often forget sauce and bacon.
Grant was fantastic, he helped me with my meal quickly. (Normally it gets busy..) but Grant was awesome, helped me quickly and... with care. If there is any reason I go back to this store it will be because of Grant.. thanks Grant!! Read more
1 cashier, 20 people in line, need to hire more people
Went to this location this evening around 5:45pm to get a gas because the price it's cheapest i've seen. Some of the station... wasn't working for gas, It didn't had proper line where people can stay and some people came from left side and some people camefrom right, It was very unorganized lines. Another issues i couldn't use my credit card for some reason it was asking for a codewhich i didn't have. I had to try 3 different card to able to get the gas. The station didn't print my receipt, i had to goinside ask the cashier for a receipt. Took me 45 minutes to get a gas. It was crowded and people blocking the way it was hard toget out. i wouldn't recommend this place for gas. Read more
