The vegetable pad Thai was the best I have had in years. I have been searching for authentic great pad Thai since I had it 12... years ago. This place finally nailed it! My husband had the crispy chicken and he said it was flavorful and loaded withseasoning and juicy white meat. The spring rolls and dumplings were fresh and delicious. We used to go to the Thai place inone Loudoun but Sortel was so good we will be making it our new regular spot for sure!! Read more

I go and this restaurant for more than 5 years, the funny thing is always orders eggplants and never tried other dishes. Guys I... didn't die of pleasure , when I ordered a duck in pineapple. Delicious Thai food and excellent customer service - we will definitely come back here again!!! Best Calamari and Firecracker... Chicken in town! We visited Sortrel after we landed in Dulles Airport at night as we were craving some Thai food. Theatmosphere was very nice, with lovely Xmas themed decorations???? The staff carefully accommodated our Peanuts-free meals andwent above and beyond woth their customer service! We had Calamari for appetizer - 10/10! The slices were thick, the cover wascrispy and light, the sweet chili sauce went so well with the dish - this is a must-order here! We had Firecracker Chicken andGreen Curry Beef for entre and we loved the dishes very much! Chicken was crispy well into the meal, and curry has a nice kickto it! The portion was generous and the taste was Chef's kiss! I just thought the Sticky Rice Mango could have more coconut milkinto it and the sticky rice could be cooked a bit longer. More coconut milk can be used to soften the edge of the sticky rice,since the edge was a bit dried. But overall, it was a yummy dessert to end our meal. UPDATE: Rip off lunch menu!! You’re better off getting the regular menu. Their menu is very misleading. I dine in for the very... first time. And from their lunch menu, you pick the entree and it comes with either salad, or ONE vegetables spring roll orchicken lemon grass soup. I decided to go with the spring roll, but I had no idea that you only get ONE!! It’s not mentionedanywhere in the menu. It also advertise dessert as an option...WITHIN the lunch section!! The waitress never bought this to myattention. Then when I get my appetizers, they bring out my entree as well. NO CONSIDERATION FOR TIME, and keeping my foodhot. <<>>> First time guest. I purchased their shrimp tempura. It was tasty but I can tell the oilthey used was a little old.
