The customer service is such messed up this messed up place. Some of the workers act like kings and queens of Engaged. They are... so stuffed up, they mess up your order or they don?t operate the machine properly. When I go there there is this guy, whodoesn?t want be there and rude, he tells all the time my credit card doesn?t work or the payment doesn?t pass through. And thenmiraculously, it works again. It is interesting. I probably will not go to Starbucks because of these dingos. Read more

We?ve been to this location several times a week (3-4 times a week) over the past 2 months. It?s a very busy location since it?s... right off of RT 7. The staff is always very friendly and drinks are accurate 99% of the time. Most times I?ve been inside it?sclean and the trash is not overflowing like some other locations. Love it! Read more

Thursday 10:00 am (25th). I came here a lot. But the in store service this morning was really bad. Not only the cashier didn?t... greet or initiate my order but also the barista didn?t call the name when the coffee is ready. Especially when I was the onlyone there waiting for order. Read more

ALL EMPLOYEES ON THEIR CELLPHONES. Costumers waited over 15min to get an order that was submitted through the app. Still waited... for my drink to be made. Than, forgot to give me the rest of my order and shut the window while I am complaining. THEY ALL NEEDTO BE TRAINED AGAIN Read more

This Starbucks is a hit or miss. I am a BIG starbucks drinker and it's even steered me to kinda take a little break. Customer... service is a little odd. You don't know who are your gonna get on the Mic. Lol it can be a frustrating order, to order. I've hadencountered people going " uhhhh, welcome to Starbucks" an "uhh" the whole time in-between ordering, I have had a person alsohave no clue what each item I was asking to put in a drink. Not something I wanna deal with while I'm in a rush I think thecustomer service should be improved and the training as well. The drinks aren't made correctly everytime, and the rightmeasurements of ingredients isn't being met as well ( melted Fraps) I've given this location a handful of chances lol. Always prompt and efficient service, even for being busier than the average Starbucks. Their professionalism and quality of... craft is top-notch. The store is clean (from what I've seen in the mornings / havent used their restrooms). I haven't had anincorrect order yet. However, the best part about this store is the atmosphere and attitudes of their employees. I justrecently moved in the area about 2 months ago and I've made this Starbucks my go-to in the morning. I usually, come in for themobile order around 8am on week days. There are several employees who greet me as I walk in, say good morning and overall arevery polite. You can tell it wasn't forced; they are genuinely nice people. One if them already greets me by name as I walk inthrough the door. I don't know her name but she's a sweet lady. In the current job climate and market, I sure hope they paythem a wage that shows their appreciation towards their employees. Sometimes, like in this case, it can make all the differenceon if I go to Starbucks and/or that particular store. You never know what people are going through. A small gesture of kindnessgoes a long way in this cold world. Read more

Get order the medium size for ice matcha green tea latte but the all I can see is foam and ice until the foam go away it just... have half cup instead of full drink, lack of communication when order. Read more
