This is not my go-to Starbucks to get coffee. So when I ordered my usual coffee with almond milk and they charged me extra 70... cents, I was shocked. I have never been to Starbucks that charges extra for almond milk... They also don?t have pre-order viathe app. Definitely won?t come back here. Read more

The 2 young girls working this Starbucks(located inside Harris Teeter) this morning are totally incompetent. Latte was not hot;... so, instead of remaking the drink, the one girl just resteamed my drink in the cup I drank out of. Seems unsanitary. Read more

Hours need to be changed for this Starbucks, states 24 hours, but that is Harris Teeter's hours. The stated hours show that... they close the Starbucks at 8 PM. Read more
I just moved to sterling so I tried the nearest starbucks to my new home. The man who served me was fantastic. I didn't get his... name. He was a light skinned African American man in his 30s. I was incredibly dissapointed that Harris teeter will not allowthe workers to accept tips but instead to contribute to a charity run by Harris teeter with o public records for the charitythat areally accessible. It's wrong. Anyone in the food industry should be able to receive tips instead of a milti-milliondollar business running some sketchy "charity". This made me very unhappy and sympathetic for the workers, therefore I will notreturn to this location. Read more
