Hours of operation 8am! Google listed 8am! Lights on in store Why are not open SUBWAY!!! FIX IT
The staff was very friendly and efficient and the prices were good. I had a six inch tuna and was a little disappointed. The... bread was dry and the tuna was... meh? That familiar smell of freshly baked bread was missing when I walked in. That must havebeen a sign. Hopefully this was a one off, I?ll try again the next time I pass through. Read more
Started off bad .I asked for a seafood sub .. Woman behind the counter started making a subway club sub.I asked who she was... making that for. She said to me that they didn't have seafood anymore. Didn't bother to ask me for another choice just made it.So then I asked for a roasted chicken sub. I went home to eat. Got my friend the chicken sub. When she opened up her sub therewas NO chicken in the sub. Went back to Subway to get the roasted chicken sub. The woman employee accused me of eating thechicken off the sub and bringing it back. If that doesn't beat all. She took the original sub and put meat on it and gave to meinstead of making a fresh sub. The whole time putting meat on the sub she said I was getting free chicken. Today I went to subway knowing they close at 9 and I got there 8:46. I thought I still had time to order before they close but... the girl that was there at the Towncenter plaza tells me that they are close and it wasn?t even 9 so for it to say on the doorclosing is 10 pm and then to turn customers away before 10 I find it to be very unprofessional. They should probably changethere hours to closing time 8:30 since it was only 8:46 and they said they were close already. Read more
Huge doordash problems. They either act like the order doesnt exist or the ipad doesnt work, which is even worse for business.
If there is less then a star I will give this place... We waited for a while before the employee came up front from the back.... She was on her phone all the time she was taking our orders up till we paid.... Read more
The food, service, and cleanliness is good, but it really ticks me off when soda fountains are dialed to give out as little... syrup as possible. It's gross. I hope whoever owns this franchise fixes that. Read more
I was visiting the Town Center Plaza for business and decided to pick-up a sandwich at the local Subway. I regret that decision.... I went inside to find a young lady making several sandwiches so I waited until she acknowledged me, seeing she was working onthree sandwiches. However, she exhibited such an attitude that I should have just walked out, but I felt it important you thepublic be aware of this Subway's lack of customer service. I asked a question about the meat, if it was capicola and she snappedback that it was ham. She goes on to ask in a belittling tone, "do you want it or not? " Again, I should of just left, but Ididn't. I ended up purchasing the sandwich and leaving knowing I would never come to this location again. Maybe she was havingan off day, but to be rude throughout the entire transaction left me wondering if she left in or out something in my sandwich, Imean she didn't even cut it in half, which if I'm not mistaken is how a sandwich is prepared. In any case, the experience wasshockingly unpleasant and unprofessional. I won't recommend this location to anyone who asks where to get a quick sub. No way! Read more
