How is this going to be a brand new store and still trash. The food is trash and so are the owners andor management. Asked for... fresh nuggets and the short munchkin dude gonna say we made them 15 minutes ago. In nugget world that?s equivalent to a day old.And the lady had the audacity to look at me sideways as if I?m wrong to ask for fresh food. This is the second Wendy?s locationthat?s been pure trash. Wendy's has taken things to a new level. Their food is better, their marketing is more modern as well as this location. It's... clean and usually quiet. However, I've had terrible customer service, not that the employees were bad, but they tend tomisunderstand what im asking for and be utterly confused with how to use their ordering system (even for easy orders). YesterdayI asked for a number 9 (which was delicious) with a hot potato instead of fries. She confirmed "a number 10..." I corrected her.Then she couldn't figure out how to substitute the fries... no big, but it seems to be a systemic and repetitive problem. Read more
This is the 3rd and LAST time this Wendy's will get my $ and serve me garbage. The fries were hard and cold. The chicken... sandwich was put in the microwave so was crazy hot and soggy - bread, lettuce, tomato, mayo and all. Guess me requesting my foodbe fresh and hot was too much for them. I'm done. Literally the worst fast food restaurant around. Go to the Wendy?s down the street instead! My food has repeatedly been wrong,... cold and disgusting. The staff is incredibly rude and acts as if you?re inconveniencing them by being there. My entire order wasmessed up tonight and they don?t even have a number listed for me to complain. They have a sign posted stating buy one get one free for a chicken sandwich or a Dave's single. So I have actually went through... the drive through and was able to purchase it. Second time around, after confirming with the drive thru person they said yes weare still running the deal then proceeded to charge me full price. Upon realizing that, i asked for a receipt which they didnot give me and explained with a smirk on their face that you needed a coupon. Which they didn't tell me at all and evenconfirmed with me during the purchase. Read more
This is my honest review. I don?t usually put up reviews on fast food places but this Wendy?s is pretty good from my experience.... Chili was very original! They did took some time putting quality work on their burgers and chicken sandwiches. If this placegets busy I believe the quality will get more fresher. I ordered nuggets too it was perfect also fries are always been good inWendy?s. This is probably the one to go for me when it comes to fast food. Read more
I ordered a happy meal for my son and the chicken nuggets felt very hard so I asked for fresh nuggets. The employee said that... they were fresh and came out 15min ago. We then told them that we needed to remake it. They also had a bad attitude and acted asif the customer is never right. I won?t be back! Read more
