my boyfriend and i came here for lunch after having our class. first time coming here. reasonable price but it took way longer... than it should?ve. We came with a friend, they ordered firsr and we ordered 20 seconds after them. they got their food first andours came out 8 minutes later. and the fries were alright. but the wings tasted like nothing but oil. We got mild and therewasn?t even a little kick to it, it tasted like pure oil. The blue cheese dipping sauce wasn?t that good either. i think for theamount of food you get is nice for the price. No one at the counter when I came to pick up my order. Kitchen staff just watched me stand there and did not ask to help me.... Manager was eating in the dining room and acted like it was a pain in the neck to help me. My office is in this building. Thisis the third time in the last two months. I was sold a combo when they had no drinks. Would not refund the cost of the drink thelast two times. This time I was able to convince them to give me a bottles water instead of nothing. Often the veggie sticks arehalf rotten. The wings are tiny compared to competitors. I have not had a single experience ordering from this WingStop in 2022that didn't involve some kind of a problem. Despite the hours posted, upon arrival the staff members always state that they?re closed. This could be over 30 minutes before... closing. I use to work at this chain previously and that never happened. What?s even more crazy is the fact that there werestaff members talking and smoking outside while the door is unlocked. I guess there?s been a change in management and I canunderstand wanting to go home. However, telling people ?no? at the door with eons of time to spare is ridiculous to me. It wouldbe something different if it were 10:45 or 11:45 but chicken wings take roughly 20 minutes to produce and there was NO line. Have been ordering wings for delivery or pickup from this location around 5 times over the last few months and it?s been... consistently great food. The food always tastes felicitous. I would recommend the cajun seasoning on wings and especially thefries! The mild sauce is great too. Their wingless wings are a generous size and overall the prices here are more reasonablethan other wings locations like velocity wings. Their physical store still does not have seating available so it appears youcan only pick up or order delivery. They were busy on the Sunday I picked up my order but my order was made right on time andthe staff is friendly. Read more
