My experience here yesterday was awful. They were very busy, and normally I'd be forgiving because of that, but not this time.... The employees and manager were so rude. The girl repeated my order twice at the speaker and got it right. Then I got to thewindow and the guy got my order wrong. Then they handed me my food (although I was missing fries, shake, and drink). Turns outthey got my order wrong but I did still have a shake I paid for. Then the mgr started yelling at the employee, "Why is that ladystill sitting there? We gave her everything! Get her out!! What does she want?" So he turns to me and says, "What do you need?"I said I needed the shake. So the lady hurries and makes like a half vanilla shake, and the guy basically tosses it at me.
